Reporting a bug

A good report lets us find the cause fast. Please include:

your device (computer, phone, tablet or TV) and its model if you know it;
your browser and its version;
what you were doing and what you expected to happen;
if the game was slow or froze, where it stopped (on the loading bar, on the title screen, or while playing) and for how long;
if you can, a screenshot.
